Welcome to Treapex (treapex.com). These Terms of Use outline what we offer, what we expect from you, and how we keep this service fair, open, and sovereign-friendly. By using Treapex, you agree to these terms — so please read them.

1. What Treapex Is

Treapex is a non-custodial, automated crypto swap tool. We connect wallets, route exchanges through supported platforms, and never hold your funds. You remain in control. We are a facilitator — not a financial institution, broker, or fiduciary.

2. Who Can Use Treapex

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or of legal crypto-using age in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on any sanctions or restricted lists.
• You use Treapex legally, responsibly, and voluntarily.

3. What You Agree To

By using Treapex, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity (e.g., laundering, scams, terrorism, etc.)
• Attempt to exploit bugs, attack the infrastructure, or disrupt others
• Automate abusive traffic (e.g., spamming, scraping, brute-force)

We reserve the right to throttle, block, or disable access from users who violate these basic rules — but we’d rather not have to.

4. No Custody, No Promises

We never take custody of your funds. All operations are peer-to-peer or routed via trusted APIs. Because of this:

• We cannot reverse transactions.
• We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
• We cannot offer investment advice or guarantees.

Use Treapex at your own discretion and always double-check addresses and amounts.

5. Fees and Rates

Treapex may include a small service fee or spread in transactions. This will always be shown transparently before execution. Network fees (gas, miner fees) are determined by the underlying blockchain and are out of our control.

6. No Liability

Treapex and its team are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error
• Exchange rate volatility
• Downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions
• Hacks, forks, or upstream protocol failures

We do our best — but we offer no warranties. Use at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and content on this site are the property of Treapex, unless otherwise stated. Feel free to learn from it. Don’t pretend it’s yours.

8. External Links and APIs

Treapex may interact with third-party services (e.g., exchanges like CEX, block explorers, wallet providers). We don’t control those platforms and are not responsible for their actions, terms, or failures.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll change the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use after that means you accept the changes.

10. Termination

You can stop using Treapex at any time — no account to close, no permissions to revoke. We can also deny access to the service if you're violating the rules or behaving like a jerk.

11. Governing Law

Treapex operates from a digital-first, borderless mindset. Any legal disputes shall be governed by applicable local principles of fair use, autonomy, and voluntary participation — or as a fallback, the jurisdiction where the core team is based (if necessary).
